Refunds and cancellation

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Free plan

Nothing is paid, so nothing is refunded. You can delete the account at any time in Settings.

14 days to change your mind

Within 14 days of buying a plan you can withdraw, wherever you live. If no client connected since the purchase, you get everything back. Otherwise you get back the days you did not use.

Use the Withdraw button in Settings → Billing, or write to us. The money goes back to the card, account or method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, in two clicks. The plan stops renewing and stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Then the account moves to Free; your data stays.

Paying ahead

After the 14 days, unused whole months of a pay-ahead period come back on request, at the price per month you paid. The current month is not split.

Changing plans

A higher plan starts at once. A lower plan starts when the paid period ends.
