Terms of service

1. Who we are

Contact: contact@voidwatch.xyz. In these terms, "we" means the operator of Voidwatch and "you" means the person who uses Voidwatch.

2. What Voidwatch is

Voidwatch is a website and dashboard for players who run many game clients built on OTClientV8. A small module in your game client and an upload script on your computer send the state of your characters to your account. The dashboard shows that state, keeps its history, sends alerts and sends the commands and rules that you set back to your clients.

We are not part of, and not approved by, CipSoft, the Tibia game or any game server. Game names belong to their owners.

3. What you need

• A current web browser with JavaScript turned on.
• A game client built on OTClientV8 and a computer with Windows, macOS or Linux for the upload script.
• A Discord or Google account to sign in. A guest session works without one, for 48 hours.

4. Your account

1. Signing in with Discord or Google creates an account. We can put a new account on a waiting list and let it in later.
2. One account belongs to one person. Keep your Discord and Google logins safe: whoever has them has your account.
3. You can connect both logins to one account, and you can share a character with other accounts. You decide who gets access, and you can end a share at any time.
4. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data and account.

5. The rules of the game servers

You alone decide how you use Voidwatch with a game server, and you alone must follow that server's rules. Some servers forbid bots, automation or more than one client. Voidwatch does not check this for you. We are not responsible for a warning, a ban or a loss in the game.

6. What you must not do

• Break the law, or use Voidwatch against other people.
• Attack, overload or probe the website or the feed API, or get around its limits.
• Send code, content or data that you have no right to send.
• Use another person's account without their permission.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Except in urgent cases, we tell you first and give you a chance to explain.

7. Plans and payments

• The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit.
• Paid plans add clients, servers, features and history. The pricing page shows their prices, including VAT.
• Payments are not open yet. When they open, the checkout page names the payment provider and shows the full price before you pay.
• The Refunds and cancellation page explains your right to withdraw, cancelling and refunds.

8. Your data and content

The data that your clients send, and the settings you make, stay yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run Voidwatch for you. The privacy policy explains what we keep, why and for how long.

9. Availability and changes

Voidwatch is new and changes often. We try to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it never stops. We can change, add or remove features. If a change takes away a paid feature that you already paid for, we give you a proportional refund.

10. Liability

We are responsible for our service to the extent that the law requires. We are not responsible for losses in a game, for the rules of game servers, or for problems in services that we do not run, such as Discord, Google or your game client. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that a consumer has by law.

11. Complaints

Send a complaint to contact@voidwatch.xyz. Describe the problem and name your account. We answer within 14 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We announce a change to these terms on the website and in the dashboard in advance. If you do not accept the change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.

13. Law

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can take a dispute to the court of that place.
